How that is reflected in the way we run our business

I answer as many calls as possible personally, and if I'm busy (I'm also a full-time  mum to a very beautiful daughter) I will call you back as soon as time permits. Family is very important to me and my business fits around my family life. And that really makes it so much more fun and enjoyable.

The 3 values that are most important to our business

1. Honesty - I like things to do what they say they will, arrive when they are supposed to and be guaranteed.

2. Love - I only want people to choose and purchase what's right for them. And if it's not right - send it back. I want people to love doing business with me, because of the person I am.

3. Efficiency - Products that do their job, and arrive within a suitable time frame.
