Who we are and what we do

I am a Bowen therapist, energy healer, personal development seminar leader, a Residential Coach at a therapeutic boarding school for teenage girls, and a personal growth writer. I also teach an ongoing group on self-esteem and recovery from codependency for teenage girls.

I have over 35 years experience in energy healing and spiritual development. I wrote the book, "Emotional Health: Freedom from Suffering and Trauma" for seekers on a path of self-healing and spiritual awakening.

I have dedicated myself to spiritual growth and supporting others awakening through: energy healing, group teaching, and writing.
