What 'marketing from spirit' means to us
At One to One Women Coaching Women we believe in the transformative nature of life coaching and how women's lives can be changed by being listened to fully by another woman. For us, 'marketing from spirit' is about clearly sharing our passion for coaching, change, personal empowerment and bettering the world - one woman at a time. And thus attracting clients, coaches and donors who are in alignment with our mission.
How that is reflected in the way we run our business
In our belief about the transformative nature of life coaching, we provide life coaching at no cost to women who could not afford these services. They receive 26 weekly coaching sessions with a professionally trained life coach. All our coaches volunteer their time and services to One to One. As an organization, we function in a cooperative and co-active manner; asking what each person wants and then assisting them work towards their desires.

Who we are and what we do
We are a non-profit organization that provides life coaching at no cost to women who could not afford to hire a life coach. These women come from challenging backgrounds and/or present situations and are looking for something more in their lives - however, they define that. Our coaches are professionally trained coaches and volunteer their time and services to One to One. We provide continuing education opportunities, annual professional retreat, mentoring and a supporting coach community for our participating coaches. The client receives 26 weekly sessions, to last no longer than 7 months, and all the sessions are conducted over the phone - so the client and coach can be anywhere in the world!
